Governance

All procedures, including the sale of mortgaged properties and agent cooperation, are strictly governed by the provisions of Part VIA of the Transfer and Mortgage of Real Estate Law of 1965 (Law 9/1965) and/or any Regulations and/or Laws which must be complied with and/or whose provisions must be applied in cases of foreclosure of real estate pursuant to Part VIA of the Transfer and Mortgage of Real Estate Law of 1965 (Law 9/1965). Our operations ensure compliance with the laws, providing a secure and transparent legal environment for you and your clients.

Commissions

Our commission structure is designed to be competitive and scales across different property values.

  • Tiered Commissions: Lucrative commissions based on the final net sale price of the property.
  • Payment: Commissions are finalized and paid upon the successful completion of the auction sale, full payment, and official title transfer.

Who Can Join?

Dedicated professionals who meet at least the following professional standards:

  1. Licensed & Registered: Must be registered with the Real Estate Agent Board and hold a valid license to practice as a Real Estate Agent in Cyprus (or an eligible EU Member State).
  2. Compliance Focused: Agents must adhere to all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
  3. Integrity Driven: You represent the highest standards of the industry, protecting the reputation and public image of the cooperation at all times.
