Interest Rates
Pursuant to the provisions of the Law of the Sale of Credit Facilities and Related Matters of 2015 (L.169(I)/2015) as amended and Scheme of Arrangement, CAC Coral Ltd has acquired its portfolio from National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) and consists of non-performing exposures.
Interest rates charged by CAC Coral regarding terminated credit facilities:
- the interest rate stated in the termination letter, in line with the relevant legislation and the credit facility agreements signed by the borrower and/or the relevant parties, which has been communicated to the borrower / security provider / guarantor or,
- the interest rate stated in issued judgements.
Interest rates charged by CAC Coral regarding non-terminated credit facilities:
- the interest rate specified in the credit facility agreement entered between National Bank of Greece Cyprus and the borrower, considering any fluctuations in the interest rate agreed with and/or communicated to the borrower.
